Leftovers Breakfast Naan
Move over leftovers sandwich, we've got a bigger and better alternative! This Breakfast Naan will take your leftovers to the next level......
Ingredients
4 naan breads
4 tbsp of Baxters Tomato Chutney
300g turkey
150g stuffing
100g pigs in blankets
1 avocado
100g cherry tomatoes
100g cream cheese
100g rocket
4 eggs
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation
Top the naans with the cream cheese and spread all over.
Divide the turkey, stuffing and pigs between the 4 naans.
Half and add on the cherry tomatoes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 7-8 minutes.
Meanwhile half the avocado and remove the stone, scoop out the flesh and slice.
Fry the eggs in the rapeseed oil making sure to keep the yolk soft.
To finish spoon the chutney onto the naans, divide the avocado, top with the eggs the sprinkle over the rocket and season with salt and pepper.
