Cauliflower Hot Wings
Even meat-lovers will not be able to get enough of these sweet & spicy vegan cauliflower hot wings with our Spicy Jalapeno Relish.
Ingredients
1 cauliflower
100g plain flour
25g cornflour
125g cold water
400g panko breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
2 spring onions
1 red chilli
50g toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
Cut the cauliflower into bitesize florets.
Mix flour, cornflour and seasoning and make into a thin batter with the cold water.
Tip the panko into a large bowl.
Coat the cauliflower in batter then into the crumbs a few at a time ensuring florets are evenly coated.
Bake in the oven at 180Oc until golden and crisp.
Tip into a bowl and coat in the Relish tossing well to ensure a good even coating.
Sprinkle with shredded chilli, spring onions and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately.
