For four generations, the ethos at the heart of Baxters has been to ‘be different, be better.’ This emerged from a desire over 150 years ago to make a positive difference to the lives of the people in the local community where our business began. While the reach of Baxters and its products has grown, the desire to ‘be different, be better’ has remained constant and is as relevant today as it was back in 1868.
Our energising ethos and entrepreneurial family values have provided the ingredients for the business to grow into a successful global organisation that continues to evolve, expand and innovate to meet the needs of all of our stakeholders in a sustainable way.
