Baxters pickles are bursting onto shelves of supermarkets with the launch of its new premium pickles range. Created with the expertise, passion and knowledge the fan favourite soup and number one beetroot brand is known for, the new range is packed with perfectly balanced flavours and unbeatable crunch.
With pickles continuing to be a top pick amongst the foodie trends of 2023, the new range caters for all pickle cravings, from crunchy and tangy Silverskin onions adding excitement to charcuterie boards to the foodie favourite Kimchi. The vibrant and versatile selection is designed to elevate dishes, from Japanese rice bowls to the humble sandwich.
The hero of the range is the classic gherkin – the perfect burger topping or simply enjoyed on their own, straight out of the jar. Baxters crunchy and sweet gherkins have been carefully hand selected for size and crafted to provide the perfect balance of taste and texture. Picked early in the season, using younger gherkins, which are smaller with less seeds and therefore less water. Baxters pickles are packed full of flavour at the peak of freshness giving each pickle even more crunch and bite.
As with all Baxters products, the pickles are approved by fourth generation family and CEO Audrey Baxter, to ensure consumers are guaranteed the taste and quality they have come to expect from the brand.
Always committed to using the freshest and highest-quality ingredients, the range is 100% natural, with the exception of onions, making them healthy, tasty and convenient – not to mention 100% plant based.
Darren Sivewright, Development Chef at Baxters Food Group, said: “At Baxters, we work tirelessly to produce tasty accompaniments to bring dishes to the next level and our new range of pickles do just that.
“It is evident that pickle popularity is continuing into 2023 with consumers looking for versatile, healthy, cupboard-ready products. Our perfectly balanced pickles are sure to add a pop of crunch and sharpness to elevate many dishes from traditional fish and chips to Asian inspired recipes.”
The new pickle range is designed to add crunch, punch and vibrancy to plates and are currently available in Coop, Sainsbury’s and Tesco stores across the country starting from £2.40. The range will also be available in Ocado from February and in Asda stores nationwide in the coming months.
