So what is Veganuary, and how can you get involved?!
Veganuary is becoming an increasingly popular trend for those who aren’t Vegans all year round to try and eat a Vegan diet for the month of January.
Now it may be a difficult diet to keep up for the entire month if it’s not something you’re used to, but to try and help those who are giving it a go we’ve pulled together a list of our favourite Baxter’s Vegan products, and a number of recipes developed by our very own Masterchef Darren Sivewright.
